July 5, HBIS Hansteel successfully delivered its newly developed 1500MPa NM500D-XT abrasion-resistant steel to the client. This is the first such steel that meets extreme standards of low temperature quenching energy ≥24J under -20℃ and BHN between 470-540HBW and could be used to build wide body mining cars. Under this contract, the final products will be used in Inner-Mongolia and Mid-Asian low temperature regions.
